What we are looking for: Sherpa Consulting Partners is looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our sales team. In this role you will be responsible for generating pipeline, qualifying opportunities, presenting solutions and closing new business.
Structure & Pay: This job offer is 100% commission-based. Sherpa is offering Individuals commission between 4-9% of the monthly revenue of a closed deal depending on level of involvement. With this job, you are not bounded to any time commitment. Instead, you get to choose the amount of time you want to dedicate to Sherpa. You will receive support and guidance as needed. Individuals who excel in their role will have growth opportunities and can be rewarded with profit-sharing bonuses.
